White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Bars




This recipe was meant for a 8x8 pan. I doubled the recipe and made it in a 9x13 + 9x9. You dont want the batter to be too thick or it takes forever to cook and will burn. (Recipe below is already doubled)

1 2/3 cup butter
4 cups brown sugar
4 tsp vanilla bean paste (can substitute vanilla extract)
4 eggs
4 cups flour
4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 cups white chocolate chips

Mix everything together and pour into the pans. 

Sprinkle a cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. You want a lot!!!!

Bake on 350 for about 30 minutes.
