Peanut Butter Bars

I actually made two different peanut butter bars and I'm not entirely sure which one this is a picture of so I am therefore going to post both recipes!

Recipe 1:

This recipe is a lot more peanut buttery and it is so easy because it doesn't have to be cooked!

1 cup margarine
4 cups confectioners' sugar
18 oz creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Mix everything together and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 pan which is lined with parchment paper

1 cup margarine
1 cup chocolate chips

Melt together and spread over peanut butter layer

Freeze and enjoy!

Recipe 2:

This is also a pretty simple recipe! And I think the picture is of this recipe but I am not totally sure!

3/4 cup margarine
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons water
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix together and pour into a 15 x 10 pan (or a 9x13 + 8x8). Bake at 325 for 20 minutes

Glaze:
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips (I didnt have so I left out and it was fine)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Melt and mix together and spread on top of the peanut butter bars.
