Cinnamon Roll Cake












Cake:
3 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups warm milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix everything together and pour into a 9x13 pan.


Cinnamon Topping:
2 sticks butter softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cinnamon (I put in more)
3/4 cup roasted pecans chopped (optional)

Mix together and put dollops all over the cake batter. Take a knife and swirl the dollops of cinnamon gently into the cake. (My cinnamon topping was too liquidy so I just poured it all over the top of the cake and cooked it like that and it was still delicious!) 

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes

When it comes over have the icing prepared and pour on when its warm.


Icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
