These were super easy!
Recipe:
One box of red velvet cake mix
6 tabs butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all together. I put my dough in the fridge for a little bit because it was very sticky but you can do what you want.
The recipe online says for the powder you should mix cornstarch and confectioners sugar together but I just used confectioners sugar plain
So roll your cookies into balls and then roll the balls in the confectioners sugar and place on cookie sheet. THEY WILL SPREAD.
Bake on 375 for 9 minutes. They will harder up more once their out of the oven.
