These are really easy and really yummy!!
dough:
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 7 whole graham crackers)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1) mix everything together
2) Spread half the dough on the bottom of a 8x8 pan (I double the recipe and made it in a 9x13 and it came out great!)
3) take 2 king size chocolate bars and lay them flat in the pan on top of the dough
--- I actually did not have chocolate bars in my house but I dint just want to use chocolate chips because I wanted it to be all melted together in a layer. So I actually melted a bunch of chocolate chips and then froze them on aluminum foil in a 9x13 while I made the dough and by the time I finished making the dough the chocolate was frozen and I was able to pick it up and put it right on top of my dough!!
4) spread tons of marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate (as much as you want)
5) put the rest of the dough on top (I flattened pieces out in my hand and then put them on little by little so I wouldn't get the marshmallow fluff on my dough
6) cook on 350 for about 30 minutes!!
