Chocolate Marshmallow Bars


Brownies:
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons baking cocoa

mix ingredients together and bake in a 15 x 10 pan at 350 for 20 minutes (it works also in a 9x13 it will probably just have to be cooked for longer)

Once brownies are cooked remove from oven and put either the marshmallows or the marshmallow fluff on top and place back in the oven for a few minutes until they are melted and spreadable and then spread

Marshmallow layer:

4 cups miniature marshmallows or marshmallow fluff

Top:

1 1/3 chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups rice crispy cereal

Melt everything and then mix in the rice crispys (can be an off brand) and then spread on top of the marshmallows and put in the fridge to harden up!
