Twix Cookie Cups







I didn't think these tasted like twix but they were good! 

Cookie cups:
1 cup margarine - cold, cubed
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix together and then spread in greased mini muffin tins.

Bake at 300 for 15 minutes.

Allow the cookie cups to cool. 

Chocolate:
Chocolate chips 
1 tbsp margarine

Melt together and dip the bottom of each cookie cup in chocolate. 

Place in fridge for 5 minutes to let chocolate set. 

Caramel sauce:

The recipe said to use 1 can of caramel sauce. I didn't have any so I just melted brown sugar and margarine together and used that. When I make these again I will use\ Homemade Caramel Sauce

Fill cups with caramel sauce. I pressed in some of the cookie cups first to make sure all the sauce didnt spill out. 

If you would like you can drizzle the cups with melted chocolate.
