Graham cracker crust:
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 7 whole graham crackers)
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Mix together and press into a 8" square pan. Cook graham cracker crust for 8 minutes at 350.
Brownies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 oz chocolate chips
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
Melt chocolate and butter together and then mix in all other ingredients.
Spread over graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
When the brownies are cooked spread mini marshmallows over the entire thing. Place brownies back in the oven for a few minutes until the marshmallows are melted!
