Triple Layer Brownies

Of course I found this recipe on pinterest as well. It was really good and everyone seemed to love it! The top layer is peanut butter blondies, the middle is brownies and the bottom is chocolate chip blondies (mine look a little brownie like cause I chose to put some cocoa in them)

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350

Chocolate chip blondies:

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dark cocoa powder (optional)
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Mix everything together and put in a greased 9 x13 pan (just spread it out on the bottom.. it might seem thin but that's how its suppose to be)

Brownie layer:
1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
2/3 cups chocolate chips (optional)
Mix everything together and pour on top of the chocolate chip blondie layer

Peanut butter blondie layer:

1/2 cup of butter, melted
1/3 cup peanut butter, melted (1 used about double the amount to make them more peanut buttery)
1 1/3 cups of brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup peanut butter morsels (I didn't have any so I actually used butterscotch chips but you can also just leave them out or use chocolate chips)

Mix everything together and spread on top of brownie layer
Cook for around 40 minutes!!
