Recipe:
- 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
- 1 tablespoon room temperature, unsalted butter
- 1 cup pretzels crushed
- 5 ounces , weight melted milk chocolate
1) Melt the margarine and peanut butter together
2) Mix in the pretzels and confectioner's sugar
3) Roll mixture into balls and freeze for about half an hour (or until their firm)
4) Melt chocolate and roll balls in the chocolate
I melted some plain peanut butter at the end and drizzled it onto the balls but thats up to you. (its so simple. Just melt the peanut butter and even if you don't have real piping bags just take any plastic bag , ziplock or normal, and put the peanut butter in. push all the peanut butter to a corner and cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag (like cut off that tip of the corner) and then just sqeeze it out in a zig zag direction!!
when your all done freeze them!!
