Microwave Potato Chips






These taste legit like real potato chips!!!! I cut some of mine a little to thick so they got a little burnt but otherwise they are awesome! All you need is some potatoes!

I used a mandolin to slice my potatoes. You want to slice then between 1/8-inch to 1/6-inch.

After slicing potato soak slices in a bowl of water for a few minutes. Then dry them off in between 2 paper towels. 

Lay the slices on a plate lined with a paper towel or anything that is microwave safe and season them with anything you would like.

Microwave them for 3 minutes on 100% power.

Flip slices over and Microwave them for an additional 3 minutes on 50% power.

Keep microwaving at 50% power for 1 minute intervals until slices are crunchy and delicious!
