Peanut Butter Oreo Cups

These are so easy to make and everyone loves them!!!!!

Oreo crust:
2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine

Combine all together and mix.
The recipe is meant for a 9x9 pan but I used mini cupcake pans instead. So you can do whichever. So press oreo mixture into whatever pans are being used. bake for 10 minutes at 350 (for mini cupcakes it can really be baked for about 6 minutes)

Peanut butter layer:
1/2 melted margarine
1 3/4 cups confectioners sugar
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup peanut butter

mix all together.
Spread peanut butter mixture on top of the Oreo layer (you can put as much or as little as you want. you can always make more if you want more also.

Chocolate layer:
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup margarine

melt together (If you need add more margarine)

For 9x9 pan spread chocolate on top of peanut butter.
I make them in mini cupcake pans so Ill pop them out of the pans after the peanut butter layer and then I make my chocolate layer very liquidy and then Ill dip my cups into the chocolate and then lay them on cookie sheets and freeze to harden the chocolate  (I found that if I put the chocolate on them froze and tried to pop out it was a lot harder and messed up the chocolate layer.)
