Oreo Biscotti








Recipe:

20 Oreos - crushed
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted margarine 
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips 

Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all the ingredients. 
Form dough into 2 rectangle logs. 




Place logs on cookie sheets. Bake for 25 minutes or until logs are golden and firm. 
Allow logs to cool. When cooled cut logs into diagonal slices. 
Place the slices back in the oven for another 10 minutes or until slightly crisp. I like to flip the slices over after a few minutes so both sides get nice and crunchy!

Allow biscotti to cool and if you would like you can melt chocolate and drizzle on the biscotti.
