Recipe:
Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup sugar
Mix together and spread on the bottom up the sides of a greased 9 inch springform pan.
Filling:
4 oz baking chocolate
1 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
Melt the margarine and chocolate together. In the meantime mix all the other ingredients together. Then mix in the melted chocolate mixture.
Pour into the graham cracker crust
Bake for 45 minutes. The middle should be a little gooey.
When the pie is done pour mini marshmallows over the entire pie. Put oven on broil and put pie with marshmallows in the oven for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows have grown and are golden on top.
Frosting:
1/4 cup margarine
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk
2 cups powdered sugar
Mix together and drizzle over marshmallows.
