Recipe:
I used a cake mix but you can use any yellow cake recipe. Simply follow the directions of your recipe or box and then add in sprinkles. It makes the cupcakes so much fun and everyone loves them!
I decided to make colorful icing and sprinkles to continue the colorful funfetti theme!
Icing:
1 1/2 sticks margarine
4 cups confectioners sugar
4 tbsp whipping cream- can use milk or any liquid
You can alter the ratio or ingredients to get the consistency you want.
Once you have the icing just add in whatever color food coloring you want!
After I iced the cupcakes I poured sprinkles on a plate and rolled the edges of the cupcakes in the sprinkles!
