Smores stuffed cookies


These Cookies did not turn out the way they were suppose to but everyone still loved them! 
They were suppose to be a thick cookie with marshmallow in the middle instead it was more of a thinner cookie with marshmallow throughout! 

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350.

2 1/2 cup all purpose flour 
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
7 sheets of graham crackers crushed 
1 1/2 tsp group cinnamon
1 cup margarine- room temp
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips 
2 cups mini marshmallows


Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, margarine, brown sugar, eggs , vanilla and chocolate chips. 

Take a piece of dough and create an indentation in the dough. Put in 4 or 5 mini marshmallows and then close the cookie around the marshmallows and place on cookie sheet. 

Chill cookies in the refrigerator for an hour. 
Bake for 9 minutes. 


Allow the cookies to cool when they come out of the oven. Since my cookies did not come out as expected I decided to add a little more to them but it is totally optional. I melted marshamllow fluff and spread some onto one half of the cookies . 
Next I melted some chocolate and covered the marshmallow with the melted chocolate. With the extra chocolate I drizzled a nice design with a piping bag.
