Recipe:
Cookies:
1/2 cup canola or vegtable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup cocoa
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
Topping:
confectioners sugar
Preheat oven to 350
Mix everything together.
Rolls dough into balls and then roll balls into confectioners sugar. Place balls on cookie sheet. Cookies will spread. Bake for 10 minutes.After 5 minutes I usually pour some more confectioners sugar on the cookies. Check the bottoms to see if they are done. Bottom should be slightly golden. I also like pouring more confectioners sugar on when the cookies are done. As well if I have some extra confectioners sugar I'll pour some into the container with the cookies! You can never have too much sugar!
