To make these cookies you can use any sugar cookie recipe you like!
Make the sugar cookie recipe. Divide dough into 4 sections (can do more if you would like more colors) add a different color food coloring to each section. Roll out the first section into a log or oval shape. Next roll the second color on top of the first color. Try to cover the first color as much as you can. Keep rolling another color on top until all the colors were used.
Roll up the dough into a log. If you would like you can then roll your log into sprinkles! Refrigerate or freeze dough until its a little hard. Cut slices and place on cookie sheet and bake according to your instructions!
