Brownie Biscotti










 


Recipe: 
Biscotti: 
1/2 cup melted margarine
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped almonds (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips 
Mix together margarine, eggs, vanilla, flour, sugar, baking cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Then mix in almonds and chocolate chips if you would like.  Divide dough into 2 pieces. Form each piece of dough into a log and place on cookie sheet (they will spread). If you would like you can sprinkle some chocolate chips, almonds or something else on top of the biscotti. I sprinkled some chocolate chips and craisins on top of my biscotti. Bake for 30 minutes on 325. When done baking allow biscotti to cool. When cooled cut biscotti into diagonal strips and place back on cookie sheet on their sides. Bake another 15 minutes or until the biscotti are dry. Allow to cool. 
White chocolate drizzle:

1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream

Mix together in a pot on medium heat. Allow white chocolate to melt. When melted drizzle over the biscotti.
