Peanut Butter Chocolate Bundt Cake




Recipe: 

Chocolate cake:
1 egg
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup milk (can use water)
1/2 cup boiling water
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda 
1 tsp vanilla 

Peanut butter cake:
1/4 cup margarine
1 egg
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
1 cup milk (can use water)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan VERY WELL. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl for the chocolate cake and then mix all the ingredients together in a second bowl for the peanut butter cake. Pour a little bit of the chocolate batter into the bundt pan. Then drop some spoonfuls for the peanut butter batter. Alternate pouring in the two batters until there is no more left in the bowls.

Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake.

Peanut Butter icing

1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup heavy cream

Heat heavy cream and mix the peanut butter into it. Pour over cake once cake is cooled.

Chocolate drizzle.

Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cake.
