Cookie Dough Fudge Pie




Recipe: 

Graham Cracker Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine 
1/4 cup sugar 

Fudge Layer:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup oil
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tbsp milk (can use water)
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Make the graham cracker crust and press into greased pie dish or I used a spring-form pan which also worked really well. 
Mix together all the ingredients for the fudge layer and in a separate bowl mix together all the ingredients for the cookie dough layer. 
Pour the fudge layer into the graham cracker crust. Drop pieces of cookie dough into the fudge layer. Bake for 40 minutes.

Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over pie!
