These are great peanut butter cookies! Very moist unlike a lot of peanut butter cookies which are dry and crumbly!
Recipe:
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine - softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup peanut buter
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp baking soda
sugar to roll cookies
preheat oven to 350.
Mix everything together. Freeze dough for about 15 minutes or until its firm enough to work with. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place on lined cookies sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes. Dont want to over cook. they will harden once cooled!
