Recipe:
1 stick softened margarine
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
8 oreo cookies - broken in pieces
chocolate chips
mini marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350. Mix margarine, sugar, egg, vanilla, flour and baking soda together. Next break oreo cookies and add to batter. Mix in as many chocolate chips and marshmallows as you desire.
If the batter looks very sticky mix in a little more flour or the cookies will spread too much. (You can test out a few cookies and then add more if you are unsure)
Roll cookies into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Optional:
If you would like to add a nice topping to the cookies you can crumble up more oreo and place them on the cookies. Melt some chocolate and drizzle it on top of the cookies. Next make a glaze. Mix confectioners sugar and water together and drizzle on top of cookie as well. You also can just drizzle the chocolate or glaze or both on cookie without the crumbles oreos ... or make your own topping creation!
