Strawberry Shortcake (from a cake mix)

                                   

Recipe:

Follow the directions for the cake mix you are using. Make the cake as 2 round cakes. I used dunkin hines. When the cakes are down allow them to cool. When they are done cooling take the first cake out of its pan and put it on a plate.

Next whip up whichever whipping cream you would like to use. I used Rich's Rich Whip. Or you can also just buy already whipped whipped cream. Spread the whipped cream on the bottom cake and then put strawberries on top of the whipped cream. You can put as many or as few as you want.

Next place the second cake on top of the first cake. Using the same whipped cream cover the second cake. Also make sure to fill in in-between the first and second cake because there may be a small gap. Then nicely place strawberries on top. I made this for my friend's birthday so I cut the strawberries on top to say "Happy Birthday".
