Recipe :
2 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 sticks (16 tablespoons) butter or margarine, softened

Mix together and spread about 2/3 of the dough in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Save the rest for the topping. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
add to remaining dough from the bottom crust and mix together. Set aside to use later.
Pink Lemonade Filling:
1 ½ cups sugar
5 eggs
½ cup raspberry or strawberry jam - I used a little more to give it more of a strawberry taste
½ cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
Zest of 2 lemon
I also added a drop or 2 of red food coloring because a lot of the reviews said it didnt actually stay red/pinkish when cooked and I really wanted mine to be colored.
Mix together and pour on top of the crust when it is finished baking. Bake for 15 minutes.
When done baking take the topping and sprinkle over the pink lemonade filling and bake again for another 20 minutes. Allow to cool before you cut and serve.
