White Chocolate Pumpkin Snickerdoodles



Recipe: 

Cookies:

1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 and 1/2 flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup white chocolate chips 



Cinnamon sugar coating

1/2 cup sugar 
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together (not cinnamon sugar coating). Place dough in fridge for 30 minutes. Once chilled take dough out and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the cinnamon sugar coating. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.
